This home is on a private lot set on the shores of Sand Lake with a boat dock and SUPs for you to enjoy. Just down the street, you’ll find Sand Lake Public Access for winter access and cross-country skiing. When you’re finished at the lake, take the family on an adventure only minutes away to Kincaid Park, Westchester Lagoon, the Dimond Mall, or downtown Anchorage to enjoy its fine dining. No refunds will be issued. Limited mobility accessible downstairs living space includes kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
