The large open space dining and living rooms will have you gathering together to enjoy warm meals cooked with love from the full kitchen (or with its prime location, you can have meals delivered!). There is also a limited mobility accessible private suite with its own kitchen, so part of the family can be independent if they want. The primary bath has a jetted tub for you to soak away your worries while the rest of the family can work out in the exercise room or play on the air hockey table.
This home is on a private lot set on the shores of Sand Lake with a boat dock and SUPs for you to enjoy. Just down the street, you’ll find Sand Lake Public Access for winter access and cross-country skiing. When you’re finished at the lake, take the family on an adventure only minutes away to Kincaid Park, Westchester Lagoon, the Dimond Mall, or downtown Anchorage to enjoy its fine dining. No matter what adventure you choose, you’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind in this well-appointed Alaskan vacation home, where you can make memories to last a lifetime.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
Limited mobility accessible downstairs living space includes kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
