A beach umbrella, chairs, and bike parking spots are available for guests’ use as part of the complex amenities. There is a sofa bed available. We regret to inform you that the complex is growing. A new tower is being built next to our building and they will be working on it. expanding and incorporating new departments. Construction hours will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. to 6 p.m. m. Monday through Friday with a lunch hour from 1-2 p.m. m. 9 a.m. to 3 pm on Saturday and no work on Sundays. The timing of this project surprised us a bit, however, the cost per night for this condo has already been reduced substantially to reflect construction work. Sorry for the inconvenience. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
