Whether you want to relax in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, enjoy beautiful sunsets or explore rice fields or traditional temples, this private villa is the perfect match ! ## Space There is a new building development in the neighborhood. Noise may be discomforting at times. Please be advised that the parking space is only suitable for scooters and not for cars, due to limited/ insufficient space. Cars are for drop-off purpose only. This villa is an open-air and modern villa complemented by a colourful and stylish decor. The villa can comfortably accommodate 3 to 6 people and is entirely accessible to the guests. There are 3 spacious, air conditioned, and luxurious bedrooms - perfect for you to rest your head and rejuvenate. All bedrooms are en-suite bathrooms. The dining area is the perfect place to gather with your friends and family and indulge in a home cooked meal together. If you decide, your meal can be prepared by one of the villa’s staff members for your convenience. The kitchen contains modern appliances including a state of the art stove, toaster, blender and fridge. In the living area, you will be amazed by the modern and sophisticated villa interior. Lounge on one of the cosy couches while you read a book, take a nap, or visit with friends and family. The living area faces the pool and is the ideal spot to rest in the shade while still being able to visit with others as they play in the pool area. Note: *We may consider to set up an extra bed (additional cost applied) but please kindly note that the space will be limited. *Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs. ## Notes The villa provides WiFi Internet access. ## Interaction The villa is equipped with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff to take care of all of your needs and questions during your stay. Available 24/7, the staff could help to provide some services such as home cooked meals, arrange day trips, activities, transportation, laundry services, and more (additional cost applied). Villa Olivia is less than 10 minutes driving to Canggu’s most famous restaurants, night life, cafes, and activities. - Restaurants & cafes (Olala Restaurant, 7 am Bakers Club, Cafe Cous Cous, Sinamon Bali, etc): around 5 mins walk or 5 mins drive

Check in will be arranged through chats and we will give you the number of the villa manager, so you or your driver can contact him. The villa map will be communicated to you as well. - Number of guest should be the same as the booking ## Check out instructions Check out has to be done before 11 am.The villa will be fully inspected and your damage deposit will be refunded if nothing is broken or damaged. ## Transit Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance: - Driver: a 6/7 passenger car can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places you would like to visit. - Scooters rental Additional note: *Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs. *Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability) Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient. ## Date alteration is NOT ALLOWED
