The gorgeous island kitchen boasts gleaming counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for family meal prep, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There’s built-in counter seating at the kitchen island, and the adjacent table sets the stage for dinners or game nights. After the day’s adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. The wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy ambiance for group gatherings. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The owner’s boat is parked on premises and is not an included feature of this vacation rental. Please be advised that the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority will be making repairs to the Lake McQueeney Dam, which will affect water levels. No discounts or refunds will be given for affected water levels due to this construction. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
