Granduca Penthouse is a stunning renovated apartment with terrace and elevator. This beautiful property is located in the city center and comes with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living kitchen area and an additional separate dining area and kitchen.
The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor with lift of a beautiful Florentine building from the end of the 1800s with pleasant views over Piazza Indipendenza. This apartment is a combination of two properties: one with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the other with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are separated by a door in the middle, which when opened connects the two apartments creating a single unit. The entire property has recently been renovated in a contemporary style, with care and attention to the smallest details to ensure maximum comfort. The atmosphere is relaxing thanks to the carefully chosen color scheme and furnishings that matches the overall style of the property. The entire apartment is very bright and spacious, with parquet floors and air conditioning in every room.
From the entrance, via a private freight elevator, you will find the most striking feature of this apartment - the incredible 360° panoramic terrace overlooking all of Florence.
From here you can enjoy an incredible view of the Florentine monuments and the hills of Fiesole. Also, on the terrace level there is a small kitchenette, so you can enjoy an aperitif on the table and chairs set up for the space.
