The large and bright living room has a comfortable seating and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with overn, microwave and a small counter
The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a queen-size double bed, the other two with two single beds that can be joined to form another double bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and bedside tables and the master bedroom is also equipped with a desk.
In addition, there are two marble bathrooms with showers (one with a laundry area with a washer/dryer)

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Standard time: 15:00-19:00
- **We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00. However, please note that the apartment will not be cleaned until 15:00.
- Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 19:00 -21:00 20 EURO | 21:00-23:00 40 EURO| 23:00- 01:59 (next day) 70 EURO|After 02:00 on request
- Check out time is 10:30.
- Based on availability we can try to accommodate late check outs. Please ask at the time of making your reservation. An additional fee may occur.
- When you rent for a short term (7 or less nights) the daily price will include your usage of the utilities (gas, water and electricity). Whereas when you rent for 8 or more nights we will charge you for utilities separately, at check out.
- Please remember that the apartment is non smoking.
