Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.
