Naturally lightfilled and boasting views of your own private dock on Levenseller Pond, this property is perfect for a couples getaway or a small family retreat. Fall asleep to the sounds of nature and awake to enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio as the sun rises over Levenseller Mountain. Spend the day exploring one of our neighboring towns and come home to a truly peaceful setting. Leave lifes stress behind, and unplug and unwind at Chickadee Cottage! Both properties have their own private dock and lakefront access to enjoy. The fishing is plentiful and the options for fun in the sun are endless. Inquire about our paddleboard and canoe rentals for pond exploration. This quiet pond only allows nonmotorized boats. This is a sevennight minimum stay rental. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have AC. This is a dogfriendly home, with 2 dogs max. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
