Welcome to this lovely terraced house with a roof terrace, pool and its own cozy patio, you come here with the family for a quiet and pleasant holiday in a quiet area, but close to everything the coast has to offer. Fuengirola town is only a couple of kilometers away with 8km of beach and the white picturesque village of Mijas Pueblo is only 5km from the townhouse. The residence is located in a quiet area just outside of Fuengirola, the area consists mostly of terraced houses and villas but there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. The nearest Lidl grocery store is only 220m away. In the area there is also a communal pool, free parking on the street. For those who enjoy discovering nature and hiking, there are a lot of hiking trails and green areas to discover nearby, one of the most beautiful trails on the Costa del Sol starts from the village of Mijas Pueblo, just under 6km from the townhouse. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
