The apartment is located in a quiet and newly produced area of a higher standard, here you have a wonderful view of the golf course and the area. There are both a LIDL and ALDI a short walk away and also several restaurants, bars and cafes. To the beach it takes less than 14 minutes to walk and slightly shorter to Central La Cala de Mijas where you have a wide gastronomic selection, here you will find food from all corners of the world and cocktail bars with drinks from heaven. A short drive away is also the Riviera Sport Club with several paddle courts, tennis courts and gym. The popular Max Beach is also located in the Riviera del Sol. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
