Welcome to this lovely apartment located just a walk away from La Cala de Mijas and the fine beach, the area is blooming and is close to nature with cozy little houses and quiet streets. The apartment is located in the area of Las Adelfas which is very quiet and familiar area with a lot of greenery and small streets but at the same time beachfront and just a walk away from the city and all that La Cala de Mijas has to offer. Around the knot is a family-owned restaurant, Ole! which is genuinely Spanish restaurant and very popular. There is also a Mercadona and bus stops nearby to easily reach Marbella and Fuengirola. There is free parking on the street outside. When you step into the apartment you have the nice living room with a smart-TV, lovely sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and a cozy balcony with afternoon sun and a view of the pool. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
