Welcome to the Costa del Sol and this newly renovated house with a private heated pool and sea views.
The villa is located in La Capelliana, between Fuengirola and Benalmadena, which is a quiet and safe residential area within walking distance to the beach and Fuengirola’s 8km long promenade. It is 950m to the beach from the house and about 1200m to the nearest supermarket, cafe and restaurants.
1300m away is the center of El Higueron with several restaurants, shops and Carrefour which is a well stocked grocery store.
Nearby there are plenty of activities for all ages such as Paddle, Volleyball, Spa and relax in the Hilton Hotel in El Higueron, Holiday World beach club, paddle surfing and much more.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
