There are three stone patios beautifully landscaped for ultimate privacy. One patio offers a complete outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, rotisserie, stainless steel smoker, pizza oven, and refrigerator. The chef is not alone as this patio is anchored by a built-in bar and a large stone fireplace. With multiple patio seating arrangements, this is a year-round vacation escape. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Indoor fireplaces are decorative and not for guest use. Guests may enjoy the outdoor fireplace on the patio.
