Nestled into the trees on a two-acre lot overlooking Lake Adger, this newly built home pairs a secluded, gated location with proximity to a wide variety of attractions. This includes outdoor activities, local wineries, breweries. You will have access to historic towns, such as Asheville and the Biltmore Estate is less than 50 miles aways. Adventurers, foodies, sports fans, and music lovers will all have something to enjoy during their stay in beautiful Western North Carolina! While Hurricane Helene impacted the use of nearby Lake Lure, Lake Adger is still available as a wonderful place to enjoy a day at the water.
Enjoy breakfast while admiring the mountain and lake views from every window and from the fully furnished back deck, living room, and outdoor kitchen. Relax on the couch under the pergola or with a soak in the hot tub, sunken right into the deck. Group gathering spaces include the open plan great room, dining area, kitchen, an enclosed sunroom with easy chairs and a game table. The fully furnished, upscale kitchen features quartz countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, cabinet space, and extra gadgets to enjoy.
The large, well-appointed bedrooms ensure you’ll sleep soundly at night. The primary suite features a king bed, direct access to the deck, en suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. On the other side of the home you will find three additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom, featuring a queen bed in Bedroom 2, twin beds in Bedroom 3, with Bedroom 4 equipped as an additional sitting room with a Queen Murphy bed and with reclining chairs, a large TV, and a refrigerator. The home also features two additional desks for a convenient remote workspace.

-Lake Adger: Use Restrictions are 80 HP for pontoon boats and 60 HP for other boats. Canoes, sailboats, and paddle boats are welcome. No jet skis or skiing.
-This property is a Certified Safe Home by Breezeway Safety and Certification Program.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC.
-All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
