Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can’t use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach, which is lovely too, and you’ll always have access there. *Please note that some outdoor amenities are not available year-round due to Michigan weather. There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you’ll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day.
