This is a ground floor traditional house that extends over an area of four acres, with swimming pool and pool child alarm complete privacy, able to accommodate up to five people. VILLA AVRA offers the visitor the ultimate relaxation and gives the possibility of contact and acquaintance with the famous Cretan tradition and hospitality.
VILLA AVRA can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 2m X 1.60m and the other with two single beds measuring 0.90 X 2 m. The bedrooms are comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere, air conditioning and a 32-inch TV with satellite channels and netflix connection. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
