Welcome to Crow’s Nest! This marvelous, second-floor retreat is the third home from the lagoon, so you will get to admire unparalleled water views from the front and back balconies. Plus, the beach is located right across the street and the beautiful Lagoon Pass beach area is about 1/4 of a mile to the east. The sunny living area invites you to snuggle up and watch a favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and a dishwasher to help you with the post-meal clean up. The adjoining dining table seats up to four people comfortably. The entire main living area is located on the first level, while both bedrooms are located upstairs. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
