THINGS TO KNOW There is construction across the street from this home through 2022. There is a private tenant in the unit behind this house on the same lot. Fireplace guards cannot be removed. Adult supervision is required at all times while using the fireplace. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. GUESTS WILL BE DIRECTLY CHARGED $1,000 FOR SMOKING AT THIS HOME AND WILL FACE IMMEDIATE EVICTION. There are security cameras in the garage and around the exterior of the home for your safety. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
