High Country Pool House
Gather all your family and friends for a trip to the Black Hills and stay in the High Country! This spacious home with a home theater, pool table, foosball table, playset, large patio, and two Weber grills is sure to entertain all. Located just two miles from Deadwood off Hwy 14A (Boulder Canyon between Sturgis and Deadwood) allows everyone to head out for adventures and come back to meet up for an evening of fun. The vacation never ends with all the amenities this lodge has to offer.
The new private indoor pool is housed in a 2,400 sq ft building and features a 14’x34’x3-6 foot deep pool. The pool is heated and has an automatic electric cover for safety. The attached private pool house has a king suite with a twin bed and a full bath, laundry, and patio. There are large patios to use for sun or shade outside the numerous patio doors, several picnic tables, and a big screen smart TV. Outside features a horseshoe pit, tetherball, and cornhole boards (in the garage). There is already a great sledding hill. There is lots of parking and over six acres of grass to toss a football or let the kids run or ride their bikes.
High Country is set up with a main bedroom on the main level with a king, full over full bunk and trundle, queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with two sinks, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower. Off the entry, the foyer is a king suite with an attached bath. From the foyer is a larger dining table that connects with the open kitchen. Open from the kitchen is the family room with wrap around couch, flatscreen TV, and another table for playing cards. Off the kitchen is a large patio that overlooks the grassy hills. The covered patio is set with two tables, two grills, and a playset for the younger kids of the group. The main floor also has two more additional bedrooms - one with a queen and a second bedroom with a full over full bunk with trundle and a bathroom.
Moving to the lower level brings you to the fun-filled great room with a pool table, two pub tables, Pac Man console, and a foosball table. Just through the door is the home theatre with a new 4K laser projector, eight recliners and a large sectional couch. The lower level has a smaller kitchenette with a full-size fridge. One wing has three additional king bedrooms with two large bathrooms, and one king bedroom with an attached bath. Off the theatre area is another king bedroom with a full-sized crib and full bath with tub/shower.
High Country Pool is an easy drive to all the area attractions from Historic Deadwood to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Keystone, Hill City, the Badlands, and more!
