Nature nestles this incredible home and seems to beckon you into its soothing embrace. Natural light is abundant here with large windows, corner bedrooms, and shaded porches. Snuggle down into the soft couch and let your cares melt away as you feel yourself relax against the cushions.
While the light fixtures hearken to a time long ago, the appliances in the kitchen do not. A stainless steel refridgerator, electric stove, oven, and microwave plus plenty of counter space allows you to make your favorite recipes or try out some new ones. The dining table seats eight and is set off splendidly by the wooden paneling in the ceiling giving the home a more casual touch. The huge mirror gives the impression that the house is even larger than it is.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
