Designed practically for a lavish stay, you first step into the ground floor which has a large lounge and dining area and a fully equipped, state of the art kitchen; complete with all necessary appliances for you to utilize. The state of the art lounge area has sunny and grand patio doors which lead you to the pool, where you can enjoy fresh juice alongside your friends and family. When you move further in this villa, you come across two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double bedroom (150x200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom and finally a twin bedroom! Space is not an issue at all here at Villa Mare! Natural light is a constant factor throughout all the levels, due to the wide windows and aesthetic openings on the high ceilings. You also have full access to the TV and Wi-Fi while you stay at Villa Mare. The large swimming pool (Wide 4 m x Large 9 m & min depth 1m , max depth 1,60m) is one for the parties, complete with (12) sunbeds! After which you can stroll in the well-kept garden, the terrace and dine in the areas surrounding the villa. If you are a party enthusiast who loves social gatherings, you can even have your own barbeque party. To make this a truly amazing getaway, plan a trip to the beach, which is just 3.5km away! You can drive to various local attractions such as the beaches, local shops and the various sprawled out restaurants, which offer local delicacies so good you can’t resist even if you tried. The property is located near spectacular town of Girona (40 km away) and is just a short drive from local businesses and attractions including a supermarket, restaurants, shops, which are all from 700meters to maximum 5km away in the coastal town of Lloret de Mar. The nearest train station is 13 km away while the bus station is 6km from the villa. Drive from the Girona-Costa Brava Airport won’t take long as it is just 33 km away. Take a short drive to the beach of La Tortuga (10 minutes away) or venture on a day trip to the Palamós town.
