Located in the Aroeira Golf Resort, Villa da Oliveira is an oasis of calm: bright and large enough to host families or groups of friends…for a summer holiday or for a golf break.
The decoration was thought to detail and each piece was harmoniously placed thinking of the guests’ comfort.
Its L shape allows privacy in the pool area. The swimming pool, tiled in iridescent white, is overlooked from almost everywhere, framed by large windows.
In the lower floor, lies the games room equipped for endless hours of indoor fun for adults and children alike.
In the resort, there are two golf courses, four tennis courts and a shopping mall with a nice restaurant and supermarket. It is the ideal place to take long walks or to simply get in touch with nature, while remaining close to a capital city teeming with life.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
