Villa Sublime is a lovely villa with wonderful sea views, located in Colares, at walking distance from the beach.
The property accommodates up to 9 guests and fulfils the necessary requirements to provide an exceptional vacation. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with wonderful sea views and access to the pool area, and 4 bedrooms. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.
On the exterior, we come across a private heated swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area with outdoor fireplace, and private parking. The breath-taking sunsets are a true invitation to a memorable holiday break.
In the vicinity there are many points of interest to drop by, such as the beautiful and alluring Sintra, Cabo da Roca being Europe´s most western point is also worth paying a visit, or the touristic Cascais.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
