Exquisitely decorated Villa in close to Mijas Pueblo and only a ten minute drive to the fantastic beaches of Fuengirola. This beautiful Villa is expansive and comfortable, with capacity to accommodate up to ten people. In the main part of the house can sleep six people, and there is a separate apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen, which can sleep four people.
It is positioned in a very quiet and private urbanization, just five minutes from the charming white town of Mijas, and ten minutes by car from the beaches of Fuengirola. The nearest golf course is ten minutes. A two minute walk from the house there is a bus stop with service every twenty minutes to Fuengirola and Mijas. Although located in a very calm area, the house is only two minutes from the road, which gives you quick and easy access to the many attractions in the area.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
