This amazing 7 bedroom Villa is positioned in the prestigious urbanization of Sierra Blanca. Recently renovated this luxury villa is equipped with everything you would want for a 5* star holiday in the sunshine. With contemporary décor and extras such as cinema room, gym, spa, indoor heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi it is the perfect place to unwind and relax in style. This palatial villa offers 5 double bedrooms, plus a guest apartment with two bedrooms. This villa is ideal for extended families or groups of friends wanting to come to Marbella to enjoy the sweeping views of the coastline and the La Concha Mountain.
On the main entrance level of the Villa you walk through the main hall to a spacious and inviting living with grand piano and direct access out to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for those evenings that you wish to dine in. If you really want to experience a bit of luxury just let us know and we can organize for a private chef to prepare your evening meals.
On the main level there are 2 double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom the other without. Upstairs offers 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and walk in shower, one with a dressing area, master bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower, dressing area. You also have access out to a large terrace with sunbeds and a shower.
On the Lower level here is where you can really relax in the spa area with indoor heated swimming pool, large Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, toilet with shower and a bar area. Just off to the right you will find the cinema room which is a great place for the kids to enjoy one of their latest films. Off on the left is where you will find the guest apartment with kitchenette, dining area, living room, 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom.
The outside garden offers large swimming pool, eating area, gas built in BBQ and gazebo.
