Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

Please make sure your plans fit well with the following rules that are in place to ensure that both our guests and neighbors enjoy their stay.
- -The Condominium and House staff are fully authorized to enforce the compliance with the house rules on our behalf.
- -We kindly ask our guests to be very respectful of the house rules and to enjoy in a respectful manner, treating the house as if it were theirs.
- -Reduce the noise level between 10 pm and 9 am.
- -Access to the condominium is restricted after 11 pm.
- -No parties.
- -Please provide the following information at least 3 days prior to check in: Main guest Official ID, names and ages of all guests, car model and license plates for all vehicles.
- -Only registered guests are allowed in the condominium, no additional visitors will be allowed.
- -Only registered vehicles are allowed in the condominium, no additional vehicles will be allowed.
- -Please use the bell on the main entrance, do not honk the horn.
- -No smoking or pets allowed within the rooms or closed spaces.
- -Please reduce noise level between 10 pm and 9 am.
- -Please park your cars within the property and do not block any neighbors entrance.
- -No drivers or bodyguards are allowed to remain within the Condo.
- -Please do not harvest the fruit or vegetables.
- -There is a pantry with basic stuff such as napkins, salt, sugar, cooking oil, etc. Please try to leave enough for the next guests.
- -Check in at 10:30 and check out at 16:00 on weekends. Can be flexible upon previous agreement,Start: 22:00, End: 09:00
