This luxury and very contemporary five bedroom east facing Villa is positioned on a quaint street and is front line of Las Brisas golf course. The Villa only a short drive to Puerto Banus and surrounding beaches.
As you walk in the villa the entrance halls offer guest toilet, living room and dining area that has direct access out to the terrace. To the left is the kitchen, to the right is 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Both with double beds and one with access to the terrace.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite both bath and walk in shower. Access out to a large east facing terrace.
On the lower level offers laundry room also with a bathroom with shower, games room (small gym area), 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed the other has 2 single beds.
Heated exterior pool as extra option for 250 euro/week.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
