Typical semi-detached court house, completely renovated, located in Bardolino, in the quiet locality of Modena, about 2 km from the historic center and the lake. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are approximately 2 km away.
In 2025, private housing construction is ongoing at the back of the house. Therefore, some noise may be heard during the day.
The Rustico Petra is spread over two floors and consists of a spacious living area with a decorative fireplace (not usable), a double sofa bed, a large dining table for 8 people, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The equipped kitchen area includes a large refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and oven. A windowed bathroom with a shower cabin. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. High-quality finishes such as marble flooring and exposed stone walls give great charm to this dwelling. About the area
Lazise, a charming town on the eastern shore of Lake Garda in Italy, is a picturesque destination that captivates visitors with its medieval history, scenic beauty, and vibrant atmosphere. The town is encircled by ancient walls and boasts a beautiful harbor that has been a focal point of life since Roman times.
One of the town's most notable features is its well-preserved Scaliger Castle, which dates back to the 12th century. This fortress offers a glimpse into the past and provides stunning views of the lake and surrounding area. The castle, along with the town's defensive walls, underscores Lazise's historical significance in the region.
The heart of Lazise is its old town, where narrow cobblestone streets are lined with colorful buildings, boutique shops, and inviting restaurants. Visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls through these lanes, discovering hidden corners and delightful piazzas, such as Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, which is a hub of activity and community life.
Lazise's lakeside promenade is another highlight, offering a peaceful setting for a walk or a bike ride, with panoramic views of Lake Garda. The promenade is dotted with cafes and gelaterias where one can relax and savor the local flavors while taking in the serene waterfront ambiance.
For those interested in cultural experiences, the Church of San Nicolò is a must-visit. This Romanesque church features frescoes and artworks that date back to the 12th century, showcasing the town's rich artistic heritage.
Families and thrill-seekers will appreciate the proximity of Lazise to several amusement parks, including Gardaland, one of Italy's top theme parks, and CanevaWorld Resort, which offers both a water park and a movie studio park. These attractions provide a fun-filled day out for visitors of all ages.
The local cuisine is another draw, with Lazise offering a variety of dining options that highlight the region's culinary traditions. Fresh lake fish, olive oil, and wines from the surrounding vineyards are staples on local menus, providing a true taste of the Italian lifestyle.
Lazise also serves as an excellent base for exploring the wider Lake Garda area, with boat services connecting it to other picturesque towns along the lake's shore. Whether seeking relaxation, historical exploration, family fun, or gastronomic delights, Lazise is a destination that offers a rich and rewarding travel experience.
