The apartment is suitable for 4/6 persons and is a located in the elegant "Miralago" apartment complex, gifted with a nice swimming pool and a solarium area. Public parking place on the spot. The apartment is composed by living room with kitchenette with big refridgerator and freezer, gas stove, baking oven, coffee machine and toaster. Sofabed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children at disposal. The living room overlooks a nice private garden and an outside spacious terrace with awning furnished with table, chairs and two deck chairs. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk bed. Air conditioning, satellite tv and free wifi connection at guest’s disposal. Pets allowed on request. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
