Suites Baur, completely renovated in 2022 with designer furnishings, overlook the main square of Bardolino’s historic centre, which is rich in shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlours. The lakeside promenade and port where ferries depart for beautiful lake excursions are just a few steps away on foot. The beach is just a few metres away.
Suites Baur is divided into two units, a studio apartment located on the first floor and a two-room apartment located on the second floor, with the main entrance facing the pedestrian area of Bardolino’s square. Guests have a parking space in an underground garage for each apartment, located approximately 500m from the accommodation. Access to the garage, which is located on the underground floor -2, is via a steep spiral ramp. The garage measures 465cm in length, 250cm in width, and 200cm in height.
Despite the central location, Suites Baur is well soundproofed and allows for a relaxing stay.
The two-room apartment of approximately 37 sq m, carefully furnished with attention to every small detail, is located on the second floor and consists of a comfortable living area equipped with a kitchenette featuring a small induction hob, dishwasher, small refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, and German coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed suitable for hosting two children or one adult, satellite TV, WiFi, and air conditioning. Modern bathroom with spacious shower cabin and hairdryer available for guests.
Baur Suite offers a double bedroom with a Velux window, furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
