Villa Ortiz was completely renovated in 2017 and boasts stunning views to the sea over Palma. There is a very well cared garden with many terraces and tables to find the perfect spot to have your morning coffee.. or a chilled glass of wine!
The large living room with floor to ceiling windows opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool. The living room has a subtle Art Deco inspiration, very colourful with a modern touch, drenched with natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchen island and dining table – perfect for a bite to eat with family and friends. There are two dishwashers, two ovens, refrigerator and freezer with ice machine. Just next to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble-dryer.
The upper floor of the villa features 3 of the bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom is in the separate guesthouse (at pool level) which includes a small kitchen, full bathroom with shower and sofa area with views to the pool. All bedrooms include air conditioning.
Outside, there are many peaceful spots to enjoy, including water fountains, beautifully manicured gardens featuring olive trees, a herb garden, Jasmine and Bougainvillea. The pool terrace features sun loungers and comfortable seating and has magnificent views to Palma bay, there is also an outdoor shower.
