Quiet three-room apartment located in Lazise, a few steps from the town centre, beach and lakefront, all within walking distance, in a residential complex with swimming pool and external changing room/bathroom (opening period guaranteed from 15/05 to 30/09). The living area is fully equipped for 4/6 people and features a modern kitchen with large refrigerator, wine fridge, 4-plate hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and German coffee machine. Satellite TV, double sofa bed and air conditioning available for guests. The living area overlooks a lovely garden extending on two sides of the apartment with a paved terrace shaded by a sun awning for pleasant outdoor lunches. Double bedroom with satellite TV, small bedroom with bunk bed. Large wardrobe common to both rooms, located in the corridor. Windowed bathroom with shower cabin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
