A lovely 4-star villa is perfect for a family holiday and offers all the things you need for your ideal vacation. The property of 750 m2 consists of a villa and a garden with a pool and a summer kitchen.
Villa extends on one floor and has a surface of 200 m2. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The interior is warm and stylish decorated in light colors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table perfect for 10 people. The living room shares the same space and has an angled furniture arrangement, a 3-person sofa, an armchair, a flat TV, and air conditioning.
Two bedrooms have a king-size bed and two of them have twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a park view.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
