The villa of 300 square meters is situated on a plot of land of 810 square meters and offers complete privacy with unrivalled countryside and mountain views. Five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms generous sized living areas, large outdoor dining terraces, and a private swimming pool (4.5m wide x 8.5m long, minimum depth 1m, maximum depth 1.5m) plus five sun loungers and an outdoor sofa promise complete relaxation and seclusion during your holiday in Spain.
The exterior of the villa also features a chill-out zone with outdoor beds for sunbathing.
A rustic brick wall separates a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances from a classy, charming dining room. Relax and entertain in your living room with a television, DVD player, books, toys, and games for everyone to enjoy.
Five bedrooms welcome up to 14 guests in the following arrangements: (1) 3 singles beds (ground floor bedroom), (2) one double bed (ground floor bedroom), (3) one double bed and 1 single bed, (4) one double bed, (5) one double bed and one single sofa bed, and the common area has two double beds, each sleeping two guests. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is equipped for guests with limited mobility. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.
This elegant and modern villa is ideally located for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers as it borders stunning Sant Llorenc de Munt Natural Park. Guests are welcome to bring pets with pre-approval and for an additional fee. Please inquire for more information.
