• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
This beautiful, luxury family villa is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in the South of France. Located in Mougins, only minutes to the coast, this 4-bedroom villa offers fully air-conditioned interiors and a beautifully landscaped garden with swimming pool.
The villa is laid out over 2 floors, with the main living areas on the ground floor together with 1 ensuite bedroom and the kitchen and the other 3 bedrooms can be found on the garden level.
There is a large living room leading onto the kitchen that itself opens up to the outdoor covered dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor which has its own ensuite shower room.
The master bedroom and 2 additional double bedrooms are located on the garden level and each room gives direct access to the garden. They all have their own ensuite bath/shower rooms.
The property is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden which is very well maintained. There are various outdoor seating areas where guests can retreat to read a book, enjoy the pool, al-fresco dining.. and much more!
