Step inside to discover a tastefully furnished condo adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light and offering breathtaking mountain views. Curl up by the warm glow of the three-sided gas fireplace in the open concept main floor living area, equipped with 2 comfy couches and a large smart TV for cozy movie nights in. In-floor heat transforms the floor into your feet’s best friend during those cold winter nights!
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas range, oven, coffee maker, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Then, savor your culinary creations in the large dining area surrounded by windows overlooking the beautiful San Juan mountains, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a happy hour cocktail on your private balcony complete with a gas grill. Also located in the kitchen is your very own stacked washer and dryer!
The primary suite invites you to unwind and recharge with a plush king size bed and offers the convenience of a walk-in closet and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed ideal for families or friends traveling together, while the full guest bathroom with a step in shower is located directly adjacent to the guest room.

Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village. Ski access pending the snowfall is steps to the Meadows ski run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).
Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village make getting around convenient and hassle-free without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride to the heart of Mountain Village where you can decide to walk around or ride the famous Gondola into the town of Telluride or to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market (groceries, beer, wine & spirits). 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Shuttle Bus Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Terraces complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola.
If you prefer to drive, four-wheel drive vehicles are a necessity in the winter. Two parking spaces are available; one space in the heated garage and the other directly in front of the garage. Please note that this condo does not come with air conditioning, as is standard in Telluride - but summer temps usually remain mild!
