Welcome to Bay Breeze! This gorgeous, newly constructed, coastal three bedroom, two bath home has amazing views of Aransas Bay and the surrounding wetlands. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over Aransas Bay from the covered porch. Bring the binoculars and count how many different bird species you can spot in the wetlands. There is plenty of parking so bring the boat, kayaks, or jet skis. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes and water hoses for rinsing the boat off, too.
Inside, open concept living filled with serene sea side decor and natural light awaits you. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a huge kitchen island, a Keurig coffee maker, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a meal. The dining room table is just off the kitchen and seats up to eight people. There is additional seating for three at the kitchen island.
The living room has the most comfortable sofa and a large wall mounted smart TV. It is the perfect spot to gather for movie night or the big game. There is a bonus cafe table in a sunlit corner of the living room that can double as a game table or just a place to sit and sip a glass of wine while taking in the view of Aransas Bay.
The bedrooms are spacious and all feature brand new mattresses ensuring a wonderful nights sleep.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The attached bathroom has double sinks and a roomy walk in shower.
The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combo.
There is a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience.
