Maintain the property in good repair during your stay (as you find it upon entry). Quiet hours between 9 pm -8 am on a weekday and 11 pm - 8 am on a weekend. We take great care of our homes, and to keep them in top condition, we ask for a small protection amount for each stay. The stair gate is inside the cupboard in the master bedroom wardrobe - let us know if you want us to put this up for you before your stay.
