Visit “The Farmhouse” in Rosebud, AB to find your quiet and unique getaway. Rosebud is 25 minutes to Drumheller, 30 minutes to the world famous Royal Tyrrell Museum and 1 hour to YYC airport. Queen beds, hot shower and wifi.
The Space:
Resting on the Eastside of Rosebud lies “The Farmhouse”. With a large boot room, alleyway kitchen, harvest dining table and three bedrooms, this fully furnished home is ready to accommodate. Off the primary bedroom, we have a cute kid’s room with a single bed and capacity for a pack ’n play. There is plenty of closet space for longer stays and a dedicated office.
Guest Access:
We have a free parking stall reserved in front of the farmhouse. For multiple vehicles, please use overflow parking in the free parking lot across the laneway. Be advised the staircase going up to the bedrooms is steep and not ideal for persons with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated outdoor...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
