Getaway to our beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath Beachfront Corner Condo. Located on the 10th floor, this condo sleeps 8 and is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Just imagine yourself on the balcony every morning while sipping your coffee. Or, you can enjoy the fantastic view right from the Kitchen and Living Areas with large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo, so you don’t have to bring your whole wardrobe! Our condo is truly a place where you can get away from it all. The Water Park/Splash Pad includes: Palm tree with 3 dumping bananas, pirate sloop, ship bow with jets and cannon, beached boat slide, and more!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
