Inside, more than 60 windows—many floor-to-ceiling—fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning views of the ocean, marsh, and forest. Step outside to expansive decks or take your private beach boardwalk to the shore, where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach. Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, and the home is dog-friendly for your four-legged family members. Guests also have the option to purchase a temporary Bald Head Island Club social membership for access to the pool and dining (fees apply). No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied. -NO SMOKING + no vaping allowed at this property. -This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. Insurance is highly recommended. -Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib. -Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy. -Doc House is a no frills oceanfront property with incredible views, a fantastic location and a private beach boardwalk. It is not a luxury home, and the rate reflects that. Please note that refunds aren’t issued for expectations of higher-end features or finishes. -Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property. -Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home.
