The master bedroom has been updated with a brand new bed, dresser, nightstands & mirror (all by Stanley), a 55" Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and Hunter ceiling fan (with wall-control dimmable light/ fan speed). The second bedroom with a king-size bed (Beautyrest Legend Luxury mattress), 55" Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, Hunter ceiling fan (with wall-control dimmable light/ fan speed), brand new bed, dresser, nightstands (w/2 USB ports) & mirror (all by Bassett), and a built-in closet. The second bathroom is provided with a shower. This unit provides you with 1,600 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV, and three large 4K Ultra HD Smart TVs (in the living room and both bedrooms). This condo is located in the Arashi building on the third floor. Please note that this condo has been fully painted and updated with new furniture, decorations, appliances and an Inverter A/C system (November 2019).
