The stunning views continue on the balcony that stretches across the living room and both bedrooms with a wall of sliding glass doors. The Scenic View Penthouse Two-bedroom condo is a sophisticated vacation rental penthouse located at the Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on our ’One Happy Island’ of Aruba.
The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, an L-shaped leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance has a spiraling staircase to the rooftop and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The master bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning views. The second modern bathroom is just off the second bedroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space and about 110 square feet of outdoor space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right corridor off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds plus 1 double-size sofa-bed.

These are a daily refresh of the bathroom towels, daily trash removal, and daily make-up of the beds. Further, each shower includes shampoo, conditioner, plus shower gel of our local Aruba Aloe, which are made with 100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel to hydrate and nourish your skin and hair.
THE RESORT
This Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool and a sperate large hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine for guests’ use, and a communal rooftop lounging area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

This is located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breath-taking sunsets. Within about 1 mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.
