PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The Tropical Penthouse One-bedroom condo is the only 1-bedroom PENTHOUSE (TOP-FLOOR) of the entire resort; all other penthouses have two bedrooms or more. The tropical-themed living room has a queen-size sofa-bed, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat cocktail table. The living room also proves access to the balcony with a panoramic ocean view and BBQ-grill. Furthermore, accessed through an internal spiral staircase, there is a private tiled roof terrace stretching over the entire condo, with terrace furniture, a 4-person outdoor hot tub, and a majestic ocean view! This unit has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom with a shower is located in the corridor. There is also an in-room washer/dryer facility. This unit provides you with 950 sq. ft. of living space, plus 1,200 sq. ft. of private roof terrace space.
