The balcony stretches across the living room and the master bedroom is completed with a 4-chairs set to relax and savor the Aruban weather. The open-plan living room is provided with a large TV, two chairs, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. The entrance corridor lends access to a half bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer available. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, a chair, access to the balcony with tropical views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This condo provides you with 1,355 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the left corridor off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a double-size sofa-bed. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
