Within the villa, guests are welcomed into a finely decorated living room with a fireplace, large windows, and comfortable couches, and the sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and an additional Turkish bath. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi. Each bedroom has its own safe.
Villa i Girasoli is surrounded by 1 hectare of lush garden shaded by century-old pine trees, and its location close to the beaches is its main strength. It will take you just a few minutes by car to choose which beach to spend the day on, provided you want to leave the peace and tranquility that pervades the villa.

There is a reserved and covered parking space close to the estate. The villa, completely fenced in with an electric gate, is surrounded by a large wooded park, under which there is a large covered veranda, furnished with tables and chairs and featuring a huge barbecue with a pizza oven, sink, and countertop.
The veranda is the ideal place for summer barbecues upon returning from the beach and for socializing with family and friends. The barbecue area is characterized by large tables and can accommodate up to 20 people.
The pool (12x6m) is 2.20m deep and has Roman steps for easy access to the water and for sitting in the cool. Next to the pool, the outdoor solar shower allows you to quickly rinse off after returning from the beach.
The living room and kitchen overlook the covered terrace and pool, where there is a large wooden table for eating and all the outdoor furniture.
As soon as you enter the villa, you will be welcomed into a beautifully furnished, bright dining room centered around a large wood-burning fireplace and finely decorated floor. The living room is the focal point of the villa, furnished with comfortable couches and a large indoor table.
The kitchen is equipped with a large American fridge that provides fresh water and ice. The kitchen, equipped with all the necessary accessories for cooking, has a four-burner gas stove, tabletop oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, and each room has its own private bathroom with a shower, safe, and integrated Wifi system. At Villa Girasoli, each room has mosquito nets and external shutters. Each room is wired and equipped with a stereo system with music that can be individually controlled from each room. There is a daily caretaker at the villa who takes care of the garden and the pool and is available to assist guests with any needs or requests they may have.
