VILLA AVRA is located in one of the most beautiful historical villages of Crete, in Melidoni.
This is a ground floor traditional house that extends over an area of four acres, with swimming pool and pool child alarm complete privacy, able to accommodate up to five people. VILLA AVRA offers the visitor the ultimate relaxation and gives the possibility of contact and acquaintance with the famous Cretan tradition and hospitality.
VILLA AVRA can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 2m X 1.60m and the other with two single beds measuring 0.90 X 2 m. The bedrooms are comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere, air conditioning and a 32-inch TV with satellite channels and netflix connection. In the open space of the house the visitor will find the fully functional and equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, the necessary small appliances and all utensils for the preparation and serving of meals, as well as a dining table. On the comfortable sofa in the living room you can relax by watching TV on the 58-inch TV with satellite connection and NETFLIX. The house also has a spacious bathroom with shower and a washing machine.

The outdoor area of VILLA AVRA generously offers all the colors and aromas of Crete, completely private with a pool of 25 m² and a depth of 1.40 invites you to spend hours of rest, enjoying the sun on the comfortable sun loungers. The pool is located right in front of the house so you can easily supervise the younger family members. Outside you will find an outdoor shower and a variety of furnished areas, including a coffee lounge, a large dining table, a ping pong table, and a traditional wood-fired oven for cooking. Our little friends have the opportunity to spend many hours of carefree play in the playground. The whole outdoor area is fenced and has ample parking. At a distance of 300 m from the house is the center of the village and there you have the opportunity to get the necessary essentials but also to visit the picturesque taverns with wonderful traditional food and cafes in the area. Do not miss to visit the historic cave of Melidoni, the Gerontospilio, with its impressive stalactites and stalagmites as well as the excellent Reptisland, a place where you can see and touch many of the rarest reptiles in the world. The small town of Perama is only 4 km away from VILLA AVRA and there you can find everything you need such as bank, hospital, post office and shops of all kinds. The famous beach in Bali is only 8 km away while the also excellent beach of Panormos is 7 km. Rethymno is at 30 km while Heraklion is at 55 km. The nearest airport is Nikos Kazantzakis Airport in Heraklion, at a distance of 58 km. The stay in VILLA AVRA will be unforgettable and we are sure you will spend beautiful and relaxing holidays.
