The Home
Villa Serenity is a two-storey luxurious villa built in the beautiful traditional village of Gerani just 8 km from the center of Rethymnon. It is an impressive house of 335 m² that extends over an area of 4000 m², with a heated pool, able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with absolute privacy. The house, the location, the facilities and its comfort offers to our guests everything they are looking for their summer vacation.
The house consists of six bedrooms, three of them are located on the ground floor of the house. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 1.60 X 2.00 m, air condition, closets and balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobes and air condition, as well as a balcony with sea view. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
