Located near the Mondello seafront, in one of Palermo’s most beautiful and exclusive seaside areas, the Hector House surrounded by greenery and harmony is one of the most desirable structures.
It has a splendid blooming and colourful garden with a splendid view of the landscape; the presence of a comfortable dining table and several outdoor lounges offers the possibility of making greater use of the outdoor spaces, including a bit of fun thanks to a foosball table.
The interior of the house is composed as an open space, with a large living area with comfortable leather sofas, a TV, a large dining table and an elegant and unique billiard table; this is succeeded by a notable and well-equipped kitchen decorated with elaborate blue ceramic tiles; Adjacent to it, seating and a further dining table. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds; all of them are very spacious and enjoy plenty of natural light due to the presence of large, panoramic French windows, which offer direct access to the outdoor spaces. There are 3 bathrooms, very special for being made of masonry and also with large windows. The first of these is a service bathroom, the second has a comfortable shower and the third, in addition to having a large shower, also has a comfortable bathtub.
The design of the house is modern, fresh and very up-to-date. Simple lines and bold colours, like the colours of the refined furnishings and the predominant blue on most of the surfaces in the house. The use of selected and sought-after materials gives that feeling of uniqueness that allows the guest to feel without doubt in an exclusive and special part of the world.
