Cosy and lively flat, with the possibility of reserving it as a single or together with the adjacent twin house. It is located in one of the most dynamic and lively areas of Palermo’s historic centre. Within walking distance of the main attractions and old markets, where you can enjoy the scents, colours and folklore of Sicily.
Entering through the gate, there is a delightful courtyard with comfortable sofas and a dining table for sunny days or warm evenings. Entering the house, one immediately notices the refined design, custom-made and carefully furnished. The use of complementary colours makes the style youthful and always up-to-date.
The flat is on two levels, the lower floor with the dining area and fully equipped kitchen complete with all utensils and a small service bathroom, while on the upper floor there is a comfortable and very bright living area, the two double bedrooms, large, spacious and with a study/work area, and then a bathroom with a remarkable shower.
